Travel Physical Therapist - $2,370 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Lancaster, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company. Additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.

Schedule

Days schedule, 35 hours per week, 12 hours per shift.
