Travel Physical Therapist - $2,370 per week

Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 1, 2026, in Canaan, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passport and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
