About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting November 2, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in SNF settings
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Skills
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with assistive devices and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Days schedule, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
