About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in SNFs
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in computer software used for patient documentation
Skills
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with assistive devices and equipment
- Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and procedures

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
