About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 11, 2026, in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Performs evaluations and provides treatment programs to facilitate patient specific goals.
- Affords assessments of the patient's response to treatment and recommends treatment plan changes as necessary.
- Maintains patient records according to documentation standards, policies, and procedures.
- Achieves established productivity levels set forth by administration, including but not limited to access to care, patient experience, and quality.
- Participates in program development and enhancement to meet patient and community needs.
- Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions, and communication style.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years.
- Certifications: Current physical therapy license in the state of practice.
