Travel Physical Therapist - $2,360 per week

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid active license
• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Location in Terre Haute, IN
• Flexibility to start on 08/17/2026

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with outpatient physical therapy
• Relevant clinical certifications if applicable

Additional Information

• The credentialing process requires completion of documentation with the organization outside of the agency's clearance packet before the start date.
• Use of provided equipment during interviews and a dress code will be specified on the first day.
• Parking will be provided during the first day of the assignment.
