Travel Physical Therapist - $2,345 per week

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Tucson Central, AZ, is needed for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026. The position requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Manage an active caseload of 25-30 patients with 12-13 visits per day.
• Work closely with experienced Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Perform 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
• Treat conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Post-Operative Back Pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Disc Herniation, Generalized Low Back Pain, Osteoarthritis, Rotator Cuff Issues, and others.
• Utilize AI-supported clinical documentation tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• No new graduates accepted; 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Business casual dress code.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Arizona.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
