About the role
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Haverhill, Massachusetts. This travel assignment offers an opportunity to work with patients, develop treatment plans, and contribute to their rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Assist patients in improving their physical function and mobility.
- Instruct patients on proper exercise techniques and provide stimulation or massage.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy program from an accredited school.
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (Massachusetts).
- Current BLS certification.
