Job Summary

Outpatient Physical Therapist PT OP position. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing education to patients, families, and staff. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality outpatient orthopedic therapy services in a patient-centered environment.

Certifications, Education, and Experience

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
• CPR Certification
• 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• Active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop treatment goals aimed at discharge
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Provide care under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approvals
• Participate in student mentoring, continuing education, and professional development activities
• Adhere to State Practice Act and regulatory agency standards
• Maintain licensure and follow organizational performance and safety protocols
