Travel Physical Therapist - $2,339 per week

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in skilled nursing and outpatient settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Floating between multiple locations is required.
