Travel Physical Therapist - $2,339 per week
About the role
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC (May be Required)
Qualifications
- Experience in SNF settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in clinical assessment and treatment techniques
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, with 1 weekend rotation per month and floating to other nearby facilities as needed.
