Outpatient (OP) Physical Therapist role located in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families. Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on clinical reasoning
- Document medical records accurately and timely
- Participate in student education
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory and organizational standards
- Maintain licensure in good standing
- Pursue ongoing professional development
- Comply with performance improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Active applicable state license
- Completion of at least one prior assignment with the agency or organization highly desired
- Previous employment with the organization preferred
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- 13-week assignment (08/31/2026 – 11/30/2026)
Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
