Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a rehabilitation setting
- Work 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts
- Deliver quality patient care in Crown Point, Indiana
Requirements
- 1 year full-time Physical Therapy Rehabilitation experience within the last 2 years
- Active appropriate licensure/certification for the role

Pay
Pay Rate Range: $45.65 - $53.95 per hour, dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
