About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 5, 2026, in Wilmington, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Illinois
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Pass a background check and drug screening
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current certification in Physical Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day shift.
