About the role

LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, at 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
• Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Arizona
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
