LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026, at a facility in Kealakekua, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and progress
• Document patient care and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Hawaii
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours, days.
