About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week position starting on August 24, 2026, in Santa Maria, California.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients with physical impairments
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Assessing patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
Pay
Weekly pay provided.
Schedule
8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
