LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Greenbelt, Maryland. This is a Home Health Physical Therapist position requiring specific experience with Homecare Homebase and OASIS.

Requirements

• Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience required
• BLS required
• Maryland license required
• 2 years of experience required (must have OASIS E experience)
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment
• All home care clinicians and contractors use their personal vehicles; must have a reliable vehicle in good standing with all licensure and insurance requirements

Schedule

• Shift: 5x8, 0800-1700
• Duration: 12 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Days shift
• Float to cover another zip code may be requested as needed
