Travel Physical Therapist - $2,300 per week

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13 week contract in Kendallville, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Requirements

• 1 year full time PT Allied Health experience within the last 2 years.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

• Pay rate range: $45.10 - $53.30 per hour.
• Pay rate is dependent on seniority and other factors that will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Pay package includes a tax-free stipend.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• 8 hours per shift.
