Supplemental Health Care is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for acute care hospital contract assignments in Alpena, Michigan. This is a travel Physical Therapist position with an ASAP start date, a 13‑week contract (with possibility of extension), 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, and an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
• Use effective communication skills when working with patients, their families, and other caregivers.
• May be asked to delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Michigan.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 1‑year experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel.
