Travel Physical Therapist - $2,295 per week

Job Summary

The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is located in Springfield, Vermont. This role involves providing evaluation and treatment services for patients with various diagnoses, including post-operative care, joint replacement, back pain, and balance issues. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details

• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Vermont Physical Therapy license or compact license must be uploaded with profile
• 2 years of current PT experience required
• Previous rehab experience strongly preferred
• Travelers permanent address must be included in profile
• All scheduling requests must be made at submission

Preferred Qualifications

• CPSI EMR experience highly preferred
• Previous experience working with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) preferred
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred

Additional Information

• The community is small and lacks public transportation; candidates must have their own vehicle, which is a firm requirement
• All RTO (Relocation/Time Off) requests must be included in the profile; requests made after offer may be rescinded
• The outpatient clinics are closed on major holidays

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
