Zack Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fort Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a travel assignment setting
- Work 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
Requirements
- Current state or equivalent compact license (must have active License in hand)
- At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
- Current BLS and/or specialty certifications
- Current Resume
- 2 current leadership references and 1 current co-worker reference
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
Schedule
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8 hours, days (06:00:00-14:00:00)
- 5x8 schedule
