Travel Physical Therapist - $2,267 per week

About the role

This is a contract position for a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Rehabilitation. The role requires 40 hours per week, 5x8 days schedule, starting August 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of Centra Healthcare into job performance.
• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Rehabilitation experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Passing scores on the state-specific licensing exam.

Skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

The schedule is 5x8 days, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
