Travel Physical Therapist - $2,267 per week

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Conway, South Carolina. This is a travel position with 40 hours per week on an 8-hour, day shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting
• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within the respective setting, following facility guidelines
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Understand and utilize adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care, modifying as indicated based on patient’s condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Current BLS certification
• State-specific PT licensing
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for extended periods
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
