Travel Physical Therapist - $2,256 per week

GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting on August 9, 2026, at Club Northwest in Oregon. The position offers 40 guaranteed hours per week with 5x8 day shifts in a general outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay

• Up to $2,256/week for Physical Therapist
• Up to $1,620/week for Physical Therapist Assistant
• Local pay rates available
