Travel Physical Therapist - $2,256 per week

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex patients.
• Provide gait training, balance training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility interventions.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, case managers, OT, SLP, and other rehab professionals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility, discharge planning, and home exercise programs.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• A valid Arizona PT license.
• Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of recent relevant work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
