About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 28, 2026, in Northport, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, 5 days per week.
- Must be available for travel assignments in Northport, Alabama.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
