Role Overview

We are seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist to provide patient care in Lebanon, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions
• Ensure quality patient care and rehabilitation progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain documentation and compliance with regulations
• Provide 8-hour shifts, 40 hours weekly
• Deliver therapy in a hospital or SNF environment
• Contribute to patient recovery and well-being
• Participate in a supportive team environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active State License
• BLS Certification (may be required)
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse clinical settings
