Travel Physical Therapist - $2,252 per week

About the role

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide critical rehabilitation services to patients in a skilled setting. Your role will involve assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with a dedicated team in a supportive environment focused on patient recovery and mobility enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and recovery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care
• Conduct regular evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in an electronic medical record system

Requirements

• BLS certification
• Current state license
• CPR certification
• EMR System proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Skilled in assessment and treatment of physical disabilities
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
