LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Ohio
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current certification in Physical Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
