About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week contract in Decatur, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
- Valid AL License.
- BLS Certification.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current licensure to practice in the state of Alabama.
