About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in Eugene, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Provide education to patients and families about physical therapy
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon
- Experience in physical therapy preferred
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
