About the role
This role involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients within a home health setting, ensuring optimal rehabilitation for conditions such as CHF, Ortho, and Pneumonia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct "start of care", recertifications, and daily visits averaging 6.5 per day
- Cover home health areas and handle a range of common diagnoses
- Interact with the clinical manager or educator for support in emergencies or during regular hours
Requirements
- BLS Certification
- Preferably experienced therapists, not necessarily new grads
Schedule
- 13-week contract
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts, days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, plus rotating weekends)
