Travel Physical Therapist - $2,167 per week

About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Albany, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Start date is September 21, 2026, with a schedule of three 12-hour day shifts per week totaling 36 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with the plan of care established by the physician.
• Document patient progress, treatment, and discharge summaries accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting.
• Valid Oregon PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
