This is a travel contract position with a duration of 13 weeks, starting on 08/24/2026. The schedule is 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts (5x8).

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a Physical Therapy setting (2 years preferred)
• Valid Arizona Physical Therapist license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Eligible to work in the United States
