Travel Physical Therapist - $2,138 per week

This is a contract position working 4x10 Days schedule. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
