Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• One or more years of outpatient clinical experience
• CPR certification
• Active and applicable license for the state of Georgia
• Successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired)

Additional Information

• Float rotation may be required
• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, physician directives, and organizational standards
• Responsible for ensuring care is provided under signed, valid physician orders, and according to insurance and organizational policies
• Participates in student programs and develops a professional growth plan
• Maintains licensure in good standing and follows all regulatory requirements
