Travel Physical Therapist - $2,130 per week

About the role

A travel Home Health Physical Therapist is needed for a position in Pueblo, Colorado starting July 11, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with medical guidelines and standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patients' physical capabilities and develop appropriate exercise programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment is intended for informational purposes and includes hourly wages, as well as reimbursements for meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Any benefits (medical/dental/vision) are in addition to the weekly pay.
