Travel Physical Therapist - $2,126 per week

Travel Physical Therapist position in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

About the role

This is a 27-week travel assignment starting 08/31/2026. The schedule is 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts (06:00–14:00).

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services in accordance with state and professional standards.

Requirements

• Current or pending state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or equivalent compact license.
• Active BLS and/or specialty certifications for Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• Current resume.
• Two current leadership references and one current co-worker reference.
• Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening.

Pay

Highly competitive pay rates. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
