Travel Physical Therapist - $2,126 per week

About the role

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a 13‑week contract assignment starting ASAP, requiring 40 hours per week on an 8‑hour day shift in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
