Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve patient mobility and function.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- SNF / LTC experience required.
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
