Travel Physical Therapist - $2,126 per week

LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Paducah, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient needs and progress regularly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient care activities accurately

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Kentucky
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Experience in acute care settings preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHRs)
• Knowledgeable in evidence-based practice
• Skilled in manual therapy techniques

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
