ATI Physical Therapy is seeking motivated Physical Therapists to join its outpatient orthopedic clinics throughout the Greater Boston area. Whether you're looking to live in the heart of Boston or prefer one of the surrounding suburbs, you'll enjoy practicing in collaborative outpatient clinics while experiencing one of the country's most historic and vibrant regions.
Available Locations
- Greater Boston: Brighton, Lexington, Sudbury, West Roxbury, Acton, Framingham, Canton
- Western Massachusetts: Springfield, West Springfield, Chicopee, Wilbraham, Ludlow, South Hadley
Position Details
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (extensions often available)
Patient Population: Orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, spine, and general musculoskeletal conditions
Typical Caseload: Approximately 10–12 patients per day (varies by clinic)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat orthopedic and post-operative conditions using evidence-based techniques
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary clinic staff
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license (or eligible for Massachusetts licensure)
- Current BLS Certification
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
