Travel Physical Therapist - $2,124 per week

Zack Group, a medical staffing firm with over 25 years’ experience, is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Greeley, Colorado. The position starts ASAP, requires 40 hours per week (8‑hour day shifts, 06:00–14:00), and is a travel employment type.

Requirements

• Current resume
• Active or pending state (or compact) license as a Physical Therapist
• Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for Physical Therapy
• At least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience
• Two current leadership references and one current coworker reference
• Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
