Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and rehabilitation potential.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Set realistic and achievable patient goals; document and record patient condition; educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet physical therapy goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with passed NPTE.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Minimum one year of experience as a physical therapist.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly pay estimates are provided for informational purposes and include gross hourly wages plus reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing.
