Travel Physical Therapist - $2,115 per week

About the Role

Cross Country Allied is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an inpatient outpatient setting in Fort Morgan, Colorado. This role involves treating patients primarily with orthopedic, neuro, and post-operative conditions, with a focus on outpatient orthopedics and some inpatient acute cases, utilizing a warm water therapy pool.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy for outpatient orthopedic and neuro cases
• Cover inpatient acute cases
• Occasional weekend on-call duties
• Perform charting in EPIC
• Submit license to work and ensure compliance with all certification requirements

Schedule

• Four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• 45-minute outpatient sessions with protected time for inpatient evaluations and documentation
• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Valid PT license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Ability to start on 09/14/2026 with an end date of 12/14/2026
