Travel Physical Therapist - $2,114 per week

About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Athol, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid MA License.
• BLS Certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience in outpatient, home health, or pediatric settings preferred.
