Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Clinical inpatient rehabilitation experience required
- Experience with WellSky EMR required

Schedule options include Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
