About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate Travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assignment in Lexington, Virginia. This role offers an immediate start in the scenic Shenandoah Valley, with opportunities for hiking, historic landmarks, and outdoor recreation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall functional independence.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Recent Physical Therapist experience preferred.
  • Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
