About the role
HCS 24/7 is looking for a Physical Therapist in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- 36 hours per week, 12 hours per shift, Monday through Friday.
- Experience: 1 year required.
- New Graduates: Not accepted.
Qualifications
- Current state license to practice physical therapy.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
